Intersection and creating lines

Hi,

 

I have a situation where I just consecutive lines between two major lines. After I created the consecutive lines, I created points by PCX with pFrame.

However, now I am stuck because I only have points but do not know how to connect the points.

 

I uploaded my files so it will be better understood. (Hard to put the problems into words)
