Interpolate Curve through a set of points?

Hi All,

  I need to 'weave' a curve through a set of points like so.Here's the formula I have so far to generate the points. Using this how would I generate the effect above?  Any help is greatly appreciated seeing as I am pretty incompetent with this stuff.  Thanks.
