check if your windows is 32bit or 64bit, and install the runtime as Danny suggested.

it doesn't matter if your windows is 64-bit as grasshopper is 32 bit complied and there for _x86

You can copy your screen content with the "Print" (Druck/S-Abf) key. Then paste this in Paint and save.
