Incrementing on Geometry Dimensions

Hi guys, I'd like to orient each small rectangle so that it is positioned inside its parent in this Python script, as in the example to the left in the image. Is there a way that I can incrementally adjust the angles of each small rectangle to accomplish this? Or is there a better way? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I suggest use grasshopper to do this，Check the attached file. I hope this helps

Thanks Naruto, that's what I was looking for. But why is Grasshopper more suited to this? Just wondering why this limitation might exist.
