imitate dividesurface with brep

Hi!

I have a simple brep single surface. with a hole/cuts on it..

Now i would to hear if somebody could elaborate me on how it is possible to imitate the dividesurface component inside a vb component..

Because if i do a simple brepface domain on U and V..i will get the UV in the areas with the holes..because of the interval..

But where the dividesurface elegantly exclude empty areas..?
