image sampler failed to load image

Hi everybody,

I have a tricky problem at hand. The image sampler is unable to load an image,whether I right click and select "image..." or double click into it and load an image,nothing happens.

The troubleshooter says"Could not create image file MD5 checksum('imagepath')"

"Floating parameter Image failed to collect data"

And I got a line at the command box when I start grasshopper,which says"could not construct an MD5 hashing algorithm,this could be due to FIPS enforcement settings"

I'm using the latest grasshopper version

does anyone have any clue about this?Any idea would be appreciated.
