I've posted a question and now I can't find it!

Chances are you haven't added a discussion to one of the forums.

A common mistake when starting out on the Grasshopper forum is to post a status update instead of a discussion. By default at the top of the Latest Activity pane and "My Page" you will find a status field

If you type your question in here and click share then it will only be seen in the Latest Activity pane on the home page and can soon get lost amongst the other activity on the forum.

If you do wish to use this feature to add questions then you can click on the Discussion Link (seen above underlined) to get a quick topic started.

Blog posts should also be avoided for questions of support as they are more cumbersome to answer with fewer features enabled. e.g. cannot upload files.

If you did post a question in one of the forums and no one has answered it then you should read this.
