hw to input specific data for each door

Firstly thanks for helping me and i appropriate your great efforts to help the beginners  like me 

so i have a collection of doors and windows , and i have the setting f each type " ID , type of door , height , width , sill) and i already input this data as shown  , and i have 334 door as shown and want the next 

for loop

if x=y , then take h=a 

since x= is the 334 doors in the drawings 

y is the standard of doors and the type of door ( i have 12 types of doors ) 

h is the height
