How to take strings of items out of a list in a single command

Hi all,

Can i take strings of items out of a list? [ie take every 3 points out of a long list of points [if the number of points taken in a group was a variable that would be great]?

So from a long list of points i can take every [x] points and graft or distribute them into seperate lists [therefore allowing me to construct lines from them]?

Essentially I want to take out lines of points from a surface to reaconstruct by a loft.

Can anyon help. Thank Tom

you could use cull patterns to strip away the points you don't need..
Here is a little combo I use frequently. It lets you make sets of any size from a flat list.
