How to move points by the direction of vector that is on different place??

Hello, Question again.

I have series of points that want to move to same direction as vectors are on different place.

Does anybody know how to move points by using vectors are in different place????

An issue is that vector has 20 branch and 20 trees....and points that I want to move has 190 branch and one item per each branch.

I will attach GH file and put some screenshots as well...thanks!!!
