HOW TO FIT POLYLINES INTO GRID INTERSECTION POINTS

Hello Grasshopper Users!

I have a grid layout in wich U and V direction of grids are not exactly perpendicular to each other.

What I want to do is...

to fit 4 point closed polylines / surfaces which are exactly fitting on the intersection points of each grids.
