How to create it? (curve->curve attractor)

Hi, i'm new to GH, and I have a task to build a definition which will create graphics similar to the example i attached. In the example i use simple vector methods just to show the idea. And this approach isn't flexible at all. So i need the parametric power of GH for my task. I wonder how should i start building the definition? Any tips, advices regarding the algorithm? Thank you.
