HOW CAN I CHANGE THE PATTERN OF A POINT-LIST?

Hi guys...
does anyone know how can I transfrom a point-list with a global increasing index order (picture 1), into a point list where each line of points has specified increasing indexes (picture 2)?

google the forum for "split list every nth", that should help you, I believe.
