Help~~rotate a tangent vector of a curve is possible？

Hi,guys~~

Now,here is a curve.

divided by several points.

get the tangent vectors.

now i want a plane which the X axis is the tangent vectors.

what could i have to make this?

(as i show here, i want something rotate with the curve and get a shape like "//////\\\\\\")

thanx first~~It's my first discussion here. ~~ wondering who will be the first ppl to answer ~~
