Hello, question about creating curved paving pattern

Hello, I am a landscape designer and trying to study grasshoppper and use it to creating paving pattern in our design.

We developed a paving pattern as attached image. 

Because I am a starter, so far I can create lines with evenly spacing. What I image to create  this pattern is to create lines with  controlled spacing (from 2'-4'), divide lines into points, connect some points to create the curve. 

I would very much appreciative it if someone can kindly to help on this.
