Grasshopper program not letting me group anymore + labeling scripts

I've been working on a serious of scripts and in the process have been grouping modules to label them. Now all of a sudden the command is not working at all. I'm seeking two solutions.

One: why would grouping not work and how can I fix it? (I think that the file is so heavy that the program is having trouble)

Two: What's another good way to label scripts so others understand? Thank you!
