Firefly Loading Errors!

I just installed Firefly to my desktop, but it shows the Loading Errors (below) when i start Grasshopper. Then, i uninstalled Firefly, and the Grasshopper loaded perfectly without errors. Also, i installed Firefly to my laptop, it loaded perfectly without any issues. So does this normal when install Firefly to a desktop? If not, what is the issue? Cheers!
