Gradient offset

Hallo,

i've a problem. A have one modeled surface from rhino. I've made a new grid in u and v direction and splitted the surface with this grid. After that i made a new subsrfs. My wish is to scale these new rectangels only in one direction and to make the gradient effect of the scale. I mean from one curve to other curve to make the rectangles bigger or smaller.  i attach a picture how it looks should and the Gh file
