generative modeling for Rhino

Gradient - attractor

Ciao.

I'm kind of new in gh so maybe my question will sound a bit silly. I'm trying to create a surface that reacts to an attraction point and at the same time will modify colour depending on the location of the point to the surface. I followed some tutorial on the web but i'm stuck right now. The surface is reacting to the attraction point but it's not reacting to the gradient. Can anyone give me a tip on how to resolve this?

Unfortunately it seems I'm using an earlier version of rhino and gh and for this reason I can't open the file you sent me...
