When you create a surface from planar curves, you always get a trimmed surface that extends slightly beyond the curves. At least I think that's what the problem is. If you untrim the surface first, do you get a different result?

I get a surface which is slightly(one interval)bigger than the original but the null items are gone.

But it is not the expected result

so there must be a change in rhinocommon?
