gh and multi thread

Hi Mario,

 

multi-threading can be achieved on many different levels. None of them are easy and it sounds like expensive operations in the Rhino core may get multi-threaded for Rhino5. If this will happen, I don't have to add any tricky threading code to Grasshopper.

 

At this point in time I feel it's better to wait and see what extra goodies I'll get from Rhino5 and switching to .NET 4.0.
