Floor Plates

I am hoping someone can help me. I am working on a conceptual tower project and would like to figure out a way to create 2-story or random atrium spaces with in the tower. I am new to grasshopper, so this is real challenge. I am not sure whether this could be done through list items or what? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Vincente,
can you take the same expression and apply it to the floor plates to create different sizes? Or would it have to be re-written using random?
