Firefly missing tabs

Hi all, 

I am having a problem with firefly. We developed a definition with some components like "load bitmap" and "bitmap sampler". We tried to open that definition in other computer. After that, none of the computers were able to read all the components of the definition. Suddenly, we noted that the only remaining tabs of Firefly are: Arduino, Utility and Vision. Furthermore, I tried to reinstall different versions of firefly, I tried to erase manually the old firefly (as Andy Payne suggested) files and reinstall it, etc... but nothing worked.

Is anyone having the same problem?
