Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello Everyone!

I have a problem with the facade which I can not to deal with, at the beginning I wanted to do it using image sampler to be able to load each image, but now even the vector image would be perfect! I would like to create a linear attractor built on hexagonal grid -> it already is and works, then I would like to have in each hexagon circle holes, not just a single one, but group, as in the example file :

For me, they do not decompose properly, probably because of that, that i used scale - ISSUE 1

I wish that these circles in hexagons would be divided by 4 sizes = 4 colors shades, wchich will create 4 radius, for example: 0mm, 25mm, 50mm, 75mm. So one group will be without holes. That's why I tried to assign color values to radius, but something goes wrong - ISSUE 2

I think I explained everything, the issue No.1 i will probably figure it ou, but i really need help in ISSUE 2.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Regards

Hi.

Difficult to open your gh file without locking solver, so, I made a demo from scratch for you.

For some reason, "Boundary Surfaces" doesn’t work well, so, I used "Surface Split"instead.

Check attached. Best.
