error conflict while loading grasshopper

You have duplicate GHA somewhere on your hard drive that Grasshopper is opening along with the versions in your components/User/libraries folders. Mine were in the Downloads folder for Chrome.

If you perform a windows search for "*.gha" you should find them all. If you then delete or zip the duplicates then the problem will go away.
