Divide Surface by ratios

Divide a surface by subsurface by 40% with different subsurface (x*width,y*length).
Divide the 60% surface by other subsurface 10%,15%, 20%, 30%.
Join the subsurface a, b, c, d with the subsurface 1, 2, 3, 4.

My question is about u,v input to the divide it apply the same values (domain) action on the surface.
So domains are equal. How to add other values (domain) to u,v initial input ?
