DATA TREES PROBLEM (super urgent)- A better way to do this

Hi guys 

consider each branch as a path with destinations say (0,1,2,3,4,50) etc.

There are 5 unique paths in the tree. I want to get all the unique intermediate destinations for all destinations, something like this. Is there a better way to do this. I have more than 1900 destinations/points etc.(refer image)
