Cull points on Surface based on surface curvature?

Hi

I am trying to remove points on surface based on the curvature of the surface, where the curvature degree is large there will be less points, and vice versa.

I have attached the definition, but it does not cull the points following the logic. Maybe its something wrong with the data tree? I could not figure it out. 

please help
