Convex Hull Error

In Creating my script for K-Means I discovered that the convex hull component sometimes gives bad output:

 

nothing creates an 'error' so i don't what more to post, you can see the error for your self by playing with the script i posted.

Yeah I think I found the problem. At least I found one problem and fixed it.
