contour -multiple sweep of parametrically controlled section

hello everyone
i m having trouble with this case :
i want to contour a surface and extrude a rectangular cross section along the contour lines, this section's proportions need to be parametrically controlled (x and y).
How do i do this ? I can do it to one section (rectangle and sweep1 commands) but i cant get to the point to transpose the operation to the rest of the contours.
Also , how can i get the contours from the surface with grasshopper and not having to resort to the rhino contour command ?
thank you so much and merry christmas to all

Hi Kostas,

a contouring operation is nothing more than a succession of intersections of a BRep and a Plane. All you have to do is generate a bunch of planes, slice your shape with all the planes, then extrude the result.

For multiple operations with one component, you need to work with the data tree components. Probably a graft tree component on the rail curves will work.

You can get the contours by using a brep/plane intersection like in this image:
