Connect points based on distance to each other

I am trying to connect the points from an image sampler. I can graft or flatten the line function, but would like to have all the points say 2 units away from each other connect to each other instead of having all the points connect to each other. I've tried to figure this out with culling and bounding domain, but with no luck. Thanks if anyone can help.

Hi,

have you tried the Proximity2D and Proximity3D components?
Maybe they can help with this,

yes, thank you very much. Proximity2d worked perfectly. If anyone else is trying to do this, make sure you flatten the points input. Will post results when done.
