Thanks for the reply. I don't have latest grasshopper installed yet. I will try your def as soon as i can. I also develped something quick if you want to have a look at it. I am not sure if it is right direction or not. Fillet component in grasshopper wouldn't give me the uneven distance filleting as far as I know. Thanks again Dedackel always!!
