Circle_Packing

Hello everyone,

I´m trying to develop a code so the circles on a surface tend to be random size and position. All I got is this. Is there a way for the circles to be random size and position on the box? also, if I dont want them to touch one another, can I set a minimum and maximum of distance between them?
