Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello everybody,

So I'm drawing a chain necklace and because I want to print them I want to draw it in a spiral.
The problem here is that the first 2 chains will stay in the same place and the second 2 chains will have to rotate. Everything is going well from this point.

So when I build my necklace further I notice that the third section of the chains won't stay on the other 2 when rotating and that makes it impossible to make my necklace and the spiral because the chains have to click into eachother and have to stay on the same point.

I have a feeling that it will be a very easy solution but I can't find it and looking at other discussions I noticed that everybody uses a line in Rhino and that's not my purpose here.

I put to images down below so look at the planes that aren't on the same points and I also put the Rhino file in here and will put another response with the grasshopper file.

I hope somebody can help me because it's my graduation project and I'm getting a bit frustrated!

Thanks everbody
