Can't Open Ghx file. Error XML declaration

hi everyone,

i'm getting this error when trying to open 2 ghx files I have:

Unexpected XML declaration. The XML declaration must be the first node in the document, and no white space characters are allowed to appear before it. Line 1, position 5.

Any help would be good,

Not sure why this would be happening, but if you open up the file in a simple text editor (like notepad) you can then delete all the spaces that you see before the first tag which will say xml and the version...

Hi Antonio,

I've seen more than once that xml files get mangled by email and download clients. Sometimes weird symbols are inserted every N character, sometimes the contents are replaced with an html webpage.

You'll need to post the file here before I can tell you why it's failing. The good news about xml is though that it can often be repaired manually if the damage isn't too big.
