generative modeling for Rhino

can't open file in gh

hi everyone!

i got i .ghx file via email and now when i try to open it i see an error "there are multiple root elements". i guess the file was partially changes while sending, some forums say it can be fixed manually... but i have no clue how to do it. can anyone help me?

Hi Olga,

 

go way down to the bottom of the file. There should be a closing statement for the Archive block, looks like this:

 

</Archive>

 

delete everything after this tag. I don't know how or why the file for mangled, I just hope nothing else is missing.
