Can I specify CP locations of a srf?

Hi all,

I am trying to create a surface with control points in very specific locations.  These locations are specified by GH-generated points which get interpolated into curves, then lofted into a surface.

In the attached file(s) you can see that the final surface has control points that don't coincide with the control points of the GH curves.  Any suggestions?

Lofting certainly won't give you the correct control-point locations. You'll have to create a surface from points directly:

Hi David,

Even after using surface from points, I get a srf with CP's in a slightly shifted location.  See attached....

What I'm  trying to do here is use MapToSurface to achieve a very precise result, so the CP's have to be in particular locations.

ACK - nevermind... I had the Interpolate boolean set wrong.  Swapped it and now it's spot on!  Viva La Grasshopper!
