generative modeling for Rhino

Permalink Reply by Dedackelzucht on April 10, 2012 at 3:31am Hey,
somehow like this:
1. Subdivide a BaseSruface (Diagrid)
http://digitaltoolbox.info/grasshopper-basic/explode-divide/
http://digitaltoolbox.info/grasshopper-intermediate/4pt-surface/
2. select areas for openings by attractor point
http://www.grasshopper3d.com/page/search-results?cx=007664031582976...
3. Offset the egdes (the distance of the face to the attractor points is giving you the offset distance)

Get started and ask questions with your files.
Best Regards

do you know a similar adaptive façade,
which would be realized?
if you would give me such an info,

I think only the vertical gills are the reactive/adaptive/kinetic elements
