Yes thats right, button state is true or false. Ok what i want create is a user interface with visual basic and with this i want change the sliders in grasshopper. The reason is that the interface in grasshopper for a customers is not user friendly. You can move all components on the interface. And i can't change this. Another thing is that you can see the connection pump between the components.

And i thing that their is a way to find the slider state for example slider state is 5 and i want change this with a button to the start position (Start position is 2).

Have you an idea? To write this script in VB?

I have some ideas but i can#t find the state options in the program.

Thank you for your help.

Did you try the remote control panel ?

Ok thats intresting but not that what i want. Because i cant make enough with it. But i can see that there is a way to get and set the sliders state! How make the RCP that? I need the slider states to make an own userinterface. Have anybody an idea where can i get this??

Ok i try to explain it again.

For example the RCP allowed to generate a userinterface where you can see only the slider which you want. But you can't include togglebuttons, Knop Sliders (only an example). So thats the reason that i am looking for another option. The idea is to create a Form with VisualStudio2013 trial (which is by the way for free) where i put in my buttons and sliders and VisualStudio set the sliders in grasshopper. Or maybe someone has a better idea. I hope anybody has an idea.

Just a quick FYI. "Boolean Toogle" and "Button" are actually supported by the RCP (as is "Panel", only as a readout though). But yes, the RCP is rather limited in its current state, so I can see why you would want to write your own alternative. Hope you come up with something neat :)

Ok i created my own userinterface for my program in VisualStudio. The only way for me was to write values with VS in a txt file which grashopper read and get the slider states from it. Its not the best way but at the moment the only way for me.  i am open for better ideas.
