blade density

hi guys.

I need some serious help. I am trying to design a building screen that will be a series of stripes (blades or bands) That are twisting vertically. I also want to be able to control the density of the blades on the south, east, west and south sides

Note: I need someone to guide me in the right direction. any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I am also uploading an image and a sample of what I did in grasshopper. plz help
