Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi all!

Is it just me or something's wrong with arcs/circles control points?

It happens when I use the components

  • Control Points (CP)
  • Control Polygon (CPoly)

As you can see in the image, Rhino control points show correctly.

Grasshopper displays control points which are not coincident with nodes in a strange way. It appears so that the control point is placed along a line strating from the origin of the coordinate system and ending in the real control point, but actual control point position lies along this line according to point's weight.

Is anybody having the same problem?

Thank you!!!

Giancarlo

Solved, it's a bug that shows up when working with Grasshopper and Rhino 6 WIP.

:)

Yup, our SDK has started behaving differently for weighted control points. I've reported it.

Oh my goodness, thank you.  I have been scratching my head for a half hour trying to figure out why my old GH solution was looking weird.
