Apply Facade on Surface

i'm working on a project and i wanna apply a facade screens on one surface .. but it's not like inlay facade on surface . it just rescale and  move facade to be adjacent to the surface like San Francisco Federal building's Facade screens 

i appreciate any answer

hey!  thank you for actually giving a hint about the panels for me.. i have a question to ur script. why does it only 50 number works good, the other make bugs?
