3d Visualization of the CIE sky

Dear Community,

is there a way to transform the CIE sky to 3d ? Attached are a HDR picture from CIE sky and the other picture is a the Ladybug_Colored Sky Visualizer. I want the HDR picture from CIE sky to be displayed as with the Ladybug_Colored Sky Visualizer.

Any hint?
